Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts An act or omission of
the Governor, the Minister or the Commissioner of Police shall not be invalid
or called in question on the ground of a failure to comply with the procedure
prescribed under Division 2 or regulations relating to the removal of
members on the ground of a failure to comply with the procedure prescribed
under that Division or those regulations if the failure is not substantive.
