Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Governor may make
regulations prescribing any matters necessary or convenient to be prescribed
for giving effect to this Part and without limiting the generality of this
power, with respect to —
(a) the
nomination and election of members;
(b) the
mode of appealing and the practice and procedure on appeal; and
(c) the
duties to be performed by the secretary of the Board.
