POLICE ACT 1892 - SECT 33I

33I .         Decision to be sent to Commissioner

                The Chairman shall forward to the Commissioner a copy, certified by the Chairman as correct, of the decision of the Board and the Commissioner shall give effect to the decision of the Board.
