33A .         Terms used in this Part

                In this Part unless the context requires otherwise — 

        Board means the Police Appeal Board constituted under this Part;

        Chairman means the Chairman of the Board;

        Commissioner means the person for the time being holding the office of Commissioner of Police;

        member means a member of the Board.
