Western Australian Consolidated Acts If any question shall
arise as to the right of the Commissioner of Police, or any other officer or
member of the Police Force, to hold or execute his office, common reputation
shall to all intents and purposes be deemed sufficient evidence of such right,
and it shall not be necessary to have or produce any written appointment, or
any oath, or other document or matter whatsoever, in proof of such right.
