Western Australian Consolidated Acts Where an inspector
considers it necessary for the effective performance of his or her functions
under this Act he or she may be accompanied by an interpreter, and any inquiry
or requirement made to any person by an interpreter on behalf of an inspector
shall be deemed to have been made by the inspector and any answer given to the
interpreter shall be deemed to have been given to the inspector.
