Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A restricted
inspector has, in respect of —
(a) the
State; or
(b) the
area of the State for which the restricted inspector is appointed,
such of the functions
of an inspector under this Act as are specified in the instrument of
appointment.
(2) The performance of
a function by a restricted inspector may be made subject to any condition or
limitation.
(3) To the extent
provided by the instrument of appointment, and subject to that instrument, a
restricted inspector is taken to be an inspector appointed under
section 42.
