OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ACT 1984 - SECT 42

42 .         Appointment of inspectors

                The Commissioner, by instrument in writing, is to appoint such officers of the department as the Commissioner considers necessary to be inspectors for the purposes of this Act.
