Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Whenever required for
the purpose of making an agreement under section 39C(2) or 39E(1) in
respect of a workplace, the employees who work at the workplace are to
appoint, from amongst their number, one or more employees —
(a) to
represent them for that purpose; or
(b) as
may be required, to replace any employee previously appointed under this
section.
