Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) An employee who
works at a workplace may give notice to the employer requiring the election of
a safety and health representative for the workplace.
(2) The fact that a
notice under subsection (1) requires an election for the workplace at
which the employee works does not prevent —
(a) the
establishment of a scheme under section 30A that extends beyond that
workplace; or
(b) the
making of a determination under section 30(4a) for that purpose.
