Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Commission
shall on or before 31 October in each year prepare and submit to the
Minister a report of its operations and the operation of this Act and any
prescribed law during the year ending on the preceding 30 June.
(2) The Minister shall
cause a report submitted under this section to be laid before each House of
Parliament within 12 sitting days of such House of its receipt by him or her.
