MOTOR VEHICLE (THIRD PARTY INSURANCE) ACT 1943 - SECT 25
25 . Information to be furnished by the Commission
The Commission shall,
whenever so required by the Minister, furnish to the Minister such information
as the Minister reasonably requires relating to the following matters —
(a)
Premiums received for insurance under this Act.
(b)
Claims paid under this Act.
(c)
Persons insured under this Act.
(d) Any
other matters relevant to this Act.
