MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERS ACT 1973 - SECT 21A
21A . Car market operator registration, application for to specify premises etc.
(1) An application for
registration under section 17B as a car market operator must specify each of
the premises the applicant proposes to provide for a car market under the
authority of the registration.

(3) If an application
complies with subsection (1) in relation to any premises, the Commissioner, if
the Commissioner grants the application, shall authorise the car market
operator to provide the premises for a car market under the authority of the
registration.

(5) The registration
of a person as a car market operator shall include particulars of all premises
for which an authorisation is in force under this section.
