MAIN ROADS ACT 1930 - SECT 8

8 .         Salaries of Commissioner and deputy

                The Commissioner shall receive an annual salary, to be fixed by the Governor; and every person appointed to act as his deputy, while so acting, such remuneration as the Governor shall decide.
