Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The register for a
House of Parliament shall be open to inspection by any person at the office of
the Clerk of that House between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on any
day except Saturday, Sunday or a day which is a public holiday.
(2) A Member of either
House of Parliament may also inspect the register for a House at the office of
the Clerk of that House at any time when that House is sitting.
(3) A person
inspecting a register may take a copy of any part of a register or may,
subject to payment of such charge as the Clerk may determine, require the
Clerk to allow him to take a photocopy of any part.
