Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts A Member may, at his
discretion, disclose in any return any direct or indirect benefits, advantages
or liabilities, whether pecuniary or not —
(a)
which are not required to be disclosed by any other provision of this Part;
and
(b)
which the Member considers might appear to raise a conflict between his
private interests and his public duty as a Member or which he otherwise
desires to disclose.
