the contrary intention appears —
approved person means person who is approved, or
belongs to a class of persons which is approved, by the Minister under
section 30 for the purposes of this Part, which approval has not been
revoked under that section;
holding order means holding order granted under
section 28(1);
search warrant means search warrant granted under
section 24;
vehicle includes aircraft, hovercraft, vessel and
any other means of transportation.
