MAGISTRATES COURT (CIVIL PROCEEDINGS) ACT 2004 - SECT 49
49 . Regulations
The Governor may make
regulations prescribing all matters and things that, by this Act, are required
or permitted to be prescribed, or that are necessary or convenient to be
prescribed for giving effect to this Act other than in respect of the fees to
be paid in respect of or in connection with any case.
This is a compilation of the Magistrates Court (Civil Proceedings) Act 2004
and includes amendments made by other written laws. For provisions that have
come into operation, and for information about any reprints, see the
compilation table. For provisions that have not yet come into operation see

Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 1981 the short title of which was changed
to the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981 by the
