rate of pay applicable at a particular time to an employee —
(a) who
has reached 21 years of age; and
(b) who
is not an apprentice,
is the rate in effect
at that time under section 50A(1)(a)(i) of the IR Act in relation to
employees who have reached 21 years of age and who are not apprentices.
