Western Australian Consolidated Acts When the Trustees are
satisfied that any relic has been preserved and has been examined and recorded
they may make a recommendation to the Governor that the relic should be
disposed of to —
(a) the
Commonwealth, or any State or Territory of the Commonwealth, the body known as
The National Trust of Australia (W.A.), or the body known as the Royal Western
Australian Historical Society Incorporated;
(b) a
person or body having historic associations with that relic; or
(c) the
finder, or a person who recovered or assisted in the recovery of, the relic,
and if the Governor so
directs the Trustees shall give effect to the recommendation.
