MARITIME ARCHAEOLOGY ACT 1973 - SECT 15

15 .         Proceedings by Trustees

                In any charge preferred by the Trustees against a person under this Act, and in any proceedings instituted in relation to any property vested in the Museum or under the care and control of the Trustees, it is sufficient to state generally that the property in respect of which the proceedings are instituted is the property of the Museum.
