MINING ACT 1978 - SECT 92
92 . Provisions applying to all miscellaneous licences
Sections 41, 42, 44,
46, 46A, 47 and 52 apply, with such modifications as the circumstances
require, to and in relation to a miscellaneous licence as though in those
provisions a reference to a prospecting licence was to be construed as a
reference to a miscellaneous licence.
