Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) On the approval of
retention status under section 69B, or at any subsequent time, the
Minister may impose on the holder of the exploration licence a condition
requiring the holder to comply with a specified programme of work in respect
of the land the subject of the licence within a specified period.
(2) Before imposing a
condition under subsection (1), the Minister may require the holder of
the licence to submit to the Minister a draft programme of work in a form
approved by the Minister and the holder shall comply with that requirement.
(3) A condition
imposed under subsection (1) may be cancelled or varied by the Minister
at any time.
(4) A condition
imposed under subsection (1) —
(a) may
be endorsed on the exploration licence, for which purpose the holder of the
licence shall produce the licence on demand; and
(b)
whether or not so endorsed, on notice of the imposition of the condition being
given in writing to the holder of the licence shall for all purposes have
effect as a condition to which the licence is subject.
(5) In
subsection (1) —
specified means specified in writing by the
Minister.
