Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts No person shall enter
or remain upon the surface of any private land for any of the purposes of this
Division or those specified in section 104(1) unless he —
(a) is
the owner in occupation of that private land; or
(b) is
authorised to do so, by a permit issued under section 30, or by any other
provision of this Act, or by virtue of a mining tenement.
