Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A warden who acts
or adjudicates in any matter in which he has directly or indirectly any
pecuniary interest, is guilty of a crime.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years or a fine
of $1 000.
(2) A warden or an
officer appointed pursuant to section 11 who uses any information that
comes to his knowledge in the course of, or by reason of, his appointment as a
warden or as such an officer for the purpose of personal gain is guilty of a
crime.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years or a fine
of $1 000.
