Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Chairman
shall, on behalf of the Board, as soon as practicable after 1 July
in each year, submit to the Minister a report on the activities under this
Act of the Board for the year ending on 30 June last preceding.
(1a) The Board’s
annual report is to include details of —
(a) the
number, nature, and outcome, of —
(i)
investigations and inquiries undertaken by, or at the
direction of, the Board; and
(ii)
matters that have been brought before the State
Administrative Tribunal by the Board;
(b) the
number and nature of matters referred to in paragraph (a) that are
outstanding;
(c) any
trends or special problems that may have emerged;
(d)
forecasts of the workload of the Board in the year after the year to which the
report relates; and
(e) any
proposals for improving the performance of the Board’s functions.
(2) The Minister shall
cause the report to be laid on the Table of each House of Parliament within
14 days of its receipt, or if at that time Parliament is not in session,
then within 14 days of the commencement of the next session of
Parliament.
