Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A list of the
names and descriptions of all persons holding licences on a date specified
therein together with such of the particulars appearing in the register as the
Registrar thinks fit, shall be published in the Government Gazette annually.
(2) The Registrar may
cause supplementary lists to be published.
(3) A certificate
under the hand of the Registrar that any person is or is not, or was or was
not, licensed under this Act on the date of, or a date referred to, in
the certificate, or as to any other matter contained in a register, shall, in
the absence of proof to the contrary, be taken as proof of the matter so
certified.
(4) The Registrar
shall, upon receipt of a request in writing by any person, and payment of the
prescribed fee, issue a certificate as to any of the contents of the Register.
