Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Where the State
Administrative Tribunal makes an order against a licensed valuer and payment
is not made in accordance with the order or the order is otherwise not
complied with or is breached, the State Administrative Tribunal may suspend
the licence until the payment is made, or for such period or upon such event
occurring as the State Administrative Tribunal thinks fit.
(2) The power
conferred on the State Administrative Tribunal by subsection (1) is in
addition to, and does not derogate from, the powers conferred on it by the
State Administrative Tribunal Act 2004 .
