LAND VALUERS LICENSING ACT 1978 - SECT 15C

15C .         Obstruction of investigator

                A person shall not prevent or attempt to prevent an investigator from entering premises or otherwise obstruct or impede an investigator in the exercise of his powers under section 15.

        Penalty: $2 000.
