LAND TAX ASSESSMENT ACT 2002 - SECT 6

6 .         Time for payment of land tax

        (1)         Land tax payable on an original assessment is due for payment on the 49 ^th day after the date of the assessment notice.

        (2)         Land tax payable on a reassessment is due for payment on the date specified in the assessment notice in accordance with the Taxation Administration Act 2003.
