Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Commissioner may
require an owner of land —
(a) to
lodge an application in the approved form for an exemption or concession under
this Part; and
(b) to
give the Commissioner any information within the owner’s knowledge or
control that is relevant to deciding whether or not the land is eligible for
an exemption or concession.
