LONG SERVICE LEAVE ACT 1958 - SECT 5

5 .         Limited contracting-out of long service leave

                An employer and an employee may agree that the employee may forgo his entitlement to long service leave under this Act if — 

            (a)         the employee is given an adequate benefit in lieu of the entitlement; and

            (b)         the agreement is in writing.
