LICENSED SURVEYORS ACT 1909 - SECT 8D

8D .         Obstruction of investigator

                A person shall not prevent or attempt to prevent an investigator from entering premises or otherwise obstruct or impede an investigator in the exercise of his powers under section 8A.

        Penalty: $2 000.
