Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The production of
a copy of the Government Gazette purporting to contain any notification
required to be published therein, relating to any appointment, register,
registration, erasure, suspension, reinstatement, regulations, or any other
matter under or for the purpose of this Act shall be received in all courts as
prima facie evidence of the facts therein published.
(2) Every court shall
take judicial notice of the signature of the chairman of the Board.
(3) In any proceeding
by or on behalf of the Board, it shall not be necessary to prove the
appointment of the members, chairman, or secretary.
