Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person aggrieved
by a reviewable decision of the Board may apply to the State Administrative
Tribunal for a review of the decision.
(2) In
subsection (1) —
person aggrieved means a person whose licence or
practising certificate is affected by a reviewable decision or who applies for
the grant or renewal of a licence or practising certificate;
reviewable decision means a decision of the Board
in respect of an application for the grant or renewal of a licence or
practising certificate or the imposition of a condition on a licence or
practising certificate.
