2 .         References to licensed surveyor

                [Paragraph omitted under the Reprints Act 1984 s. 7(4)(e) and (f).]

                Wherever in any enactment reference is made to a licensed surveyor, such reference shall be deemed to mean a surveyor licensed under this Act.
