Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A surveyor duly
licensed under this Act shall be entitled to practise his profession and, if
he holds a practising certificate, to make authorised surveys.

(3) A person shall not
practise as a licensed surveyor unless he is the holder of a licence.
(3a) A person shall
not make or attempt to make any authorised survey unless he is a licensed
surveyor and the holder of a practising certificate.
(4) Any person who
practises as a licensed surveyor or makes or attempts to make any authorised
survey, contrary to this section, commits an offence and is liable to a
penalty not exceeding $10 000.
