Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1)(a) The Board may
enter into a reciprocal arrangement with the Surveyor’s Board or other
competent authority of any State, colony, or dominion within Her
Majesty’s dominions for the recognition of the status of any person
authorised by such Board or other authority to practise as a surveyor in such
State, colony, or dominion and for the issue to that person of a licence under
this Act.
(b) Any
such arrangement may contain a condition that any such person applying for the
issue of a licence under this Act shall furnish additional evidence of
character and competency to the satisfaction of the Board.
(2) In order to avoid
any doubt which but for the enactment of this subsection might arise, it is
also enacted that without limiting the generality of the expression dominion
within Her Majesty’s dominions , that expression shall be deemed to
include and during the operation of this Act to have included the United
Kingdom.
