Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) If a member ceases
to have the qualifications under which he was appointed, his office shall
become vacant.
(2) A member may
resign his office in writing under his hand addressed to the Attorney General.
(3) The Governor may
remove a member from office if he —
(a)
becomes incapable of performing his duties as member;
(b) is
guilty of misconduct;
(c) is
convicted of an indictable offence; or
(d)
fails to comply with the conditions of his appointment.
