Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The legal
profession rules may —
(a)
impose conditions on local practising certificates or any class of local
practising certificates; and
(b)
authorise conditions to be imposed on local practising certificates or any
class of local practising certificates.
(2) Without limiting
subsection (1), conditions on local practising certificates or any class
of local practising certificates may be imposed under the legal profession
rules about any matter referred to in section 47(3)(a)(1), (c) or (d).
