Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Practising
certificates may be granted by the Board under this Part.
(2) The Board may
determine the categories of local practising certificates.
(3) The holder of a
local practising certificate must not hold another local practising
certificate, or an interstate practising certificate, that is in force during
the currency of the first-mentioned local practising certificate.
(4) A person
contravening subsection (3) is taken to contravene a condition of the
person’s practising certificate.
