LAND INFORMATION AUTHORITY ACT 2006 - SECT 78

78 .         Authority may extend credit

        (1)         The Authority may provide credit to any person with whom it deals in the normal course of business.

        (2)         The credit may be secured as the Authority considers appropriate or unsecured.
