Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Treasurer may,
after consultation with the Authority, fix charges to be paid by the Authority
to the Treasurer for the benefit of the Consolidated Account in respect of a
guarantee given under section 76.
(2) Payments by the
Authority to the Treasurer in respect of those charges are required to be made
at times, and in instalments, as determined by the Treasurer.
