LAND INFORMATION AUTHORITY ACT 2006 - SECT 70

70 .         Western Australian Land Information Authority Account

                Money received by the Authority is to be credited to, and money paid by the Authority is to be debited to, an account called the “Western Australian Land Information Authority Account” that is to be established —

            (a)         as an agency special purpose account under the Financial Management Act 2006 section 16; or

            (b)         with the Treasurer’s approval, at a bank as defined in section 3 of that Act.
