Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The funds available
for enabling the Authority to perform its functions under this or any other
Act consist of —
(a)
money borrowed by the Authority under section 75; and
(b)
other money that is, under this or any other Act, lawfully received by, made
available to, or payable to, the Authority, whether directly or through any
member of its staff and, if through a member of its staff, whether or not the
money is for the performance of a function that a written law gives directly
to that member.
