Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may
return a draft statement of corporate intent to the Authority and request that
its board of management —
(a)
consider or further consider any matter and deal with it in the draft
statement; and
(b)
revise the draft statement in the light of its consideration or further
consideration.
(2) The
Authority’s board of management is to comply with a request under
subsection (1) as soon as is practicable.
(3) If the Minister
has returned a draft statement of corporate intent to the Authority making a
request under subsection (1) and, later than one month before the start
of the relevant financial year, the Authority’s board of management and
the Minister have not agreed on a draft statement of corporate intent, the
Minister may, under section 65, direct the Authority that its board of
management is to —
(a) take
specified steps in relation to the draft statement; or
(b) make
specified modifications to the draft statement.
