executive officer cannot be excluded from the Senior Executive Service under
the Public Sector Management Act 1994 section 43(3).
(2) Subject to the
control of the Authority’s board of management, the chief executive
officer is responsible for, and has the powers needed to administer, the day
to day operations of the Authority.
