Authority’s board of management may appoint committees to assist it to
perform its functions, and may discharge or alter any committee it has
appointed.
(2) A committee may
include people who are not members of the board but has to include at least
one member of the board.
(3) A committee may
determine its own procedures but they have to be consistent with any
directions of the board and the terms of any delegation under which the
committee is acting.
