LAND INFORMATION AUTHORITY ACT 2006 - SECT 21

21 .         Board is governing body

        (1)         The Authority is to have a board of management.

        (2)         The board is the governing body of the Authority and, in the name of the Authority, is to perform the functions of the Authority under this Act or any other written law.
