LAND INFORMATION AUTHORITY ACT 2006 - SECT 2

2 .         Commencement

        (1)         This Act, other than this Part, comes into operation on a day fixed by proclamation.

        (2)         This Part comes into operation on the day after the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
